The Quality of Life Assessment Software can be downloaded and installed from the internet or compact disc. It has been designed for ages 18 and over and is not gender specific.
The assessment takes approximately 30 minutes to complete, depending on reading level. The multiple choice questions are easy to understand and answer. This assessment is designed to plug into your program seamlessly and is user friendly.
This assessment can be used as part of the client intake and volunteer screening procedure of your program and can be applied with a wide variety of existing programs to measure individual growth, quality of instruction, and program effectiveness.
When the assessment is completed, it is automatically scored and a personal report is generated. The aggregate data from multiple client's assessment demonstrates the effectiveness of the program. The assessment report is theblueprint for improving clients, instructors and programs.
